I'm Ben Yocca, the person behind Yocca Mortgage Group and your local mortgage resource here in Pennsylvania. My approach is simple: listen first, explain your options clearly, and help you find a mortgage that fits your life. As a mortgage broker, I shop multiple lenders so you can explore your options with one dedicated point of contact along the way.

Whether you're buying your first home, making a move, or refinancing, my goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming and help you feel confident in your decisions.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, playing tennis, lifting, and firing up the grill. I bring that same personal, down-to-earth approach to my work, because getting a mortgage should feel like working with someone in your corner.

Rachel Barrett is my personal assistant, loan processor, and a valued member of Yocca Mortgage Group. She plays an important role behind the scenes, helping keep our day-to-day operations organized and our clients' loans moving forward.

From coordinating paperwork to supporting me throughout the mortgage process, Rachel brings dedication and care to the work she does. Her support allows me to spend more time helping clients understand their options, and I'm grateful to have her on our team.
